The middle east has problems with there climate.  Any 2 points on the same latitude have the same climate.  The middle east had it all but start to run out of supplies.  The fertile crescent is were all the animals got started. At one point the usa had no meat on the country.100 million cattle in the us.  40 billion pounds of wheat. 133 pounds of wheat are consumed by each person a year.  They were geographically unlucky.

They don’t have many animals they use but they use pigs.  Farm work is done by hand.  A lot of animals could be used but they can be carnivores because then you would have to feed them meat which would be more work.  Zebra have anger issues.  The 14 animals over 100 hundred pounds and can be domesticated  are goats, sheep, pigs, cows, horses, donkeys, bariatric camels, Arabian camels, water buffalos, reign deer, yak, methane, and valley cattle are from the middle east and Europe and llamas is the only for from a different country South America.

Great cultivations have advanced technology, large populations, and well organized work force.  Sago is a tree that has stinks inside the bark to make dough.  The sago tree has a lot of carbs and calories but it doesn't have good nutrition.  Cereal has wheat, barley, rice , and oats.  Drah is a place that has the earliest villages and had the first granary.  New Guinea had bad geographical lucky!!!!

Jared Diamond / Guns, Germs,and Steel

       Jared Diamond is a professor at UCLA is Los Angeles.  He was born in Boston September 10, 1937.  He went to graduate from Harvard in 1958 with his Bachelors of Arts.  He graduated for Cambridge University in 1961 with a PhD.  He became Professor Of Physiology at UCLA Medical School in 1968.  He developed another career in ornithology and ecology in his twenties.  He developed a third career in environmental history and became Professor of Geography at UCLA (That is what he is doing now) in his fifties.  He was awarded the National Medal of Science and an honorary doctorate by Westfield State University.  He is married now to Marie Diamond and has twin sons that were born in 1987.

    Jared Diamond wrote Guns, Germs, and Steel in 1997.  This book is a mutli-million selling book.  It talks about how human history has changed over 10,000 years. The movie starts off with him talking to his friend Yali. The book shows how some civilizations have developed over thousands of years ( U.S.A ) and how some have devolved ( New guinea )  Diamonds theory is very strange but, I support it but, many people don’t.  Diamond mapped out migration of early humans from Africa to Eurasia and from the North and South Americans.

In class we presented our projects.  Our project was the greatest.  Matt didn't do much and made a poster with about every word spelled wrong.  We probably got a b.  They were others that were not that good.  A few forgot a poster and were boring.

In class we watched the movie, we learned a lot about Lifan car company.  Like, three fourths of the metal and parts are imported from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and Maryland.  The Pittsburgh Steelers are not called the Steelers because they steal things its because they made a big steel company there.  China now is the biggest steel manufacture in the world.  A weird fact is nine out of ten people in china that buy cars use cash.

  In class we got back our essays.  Evan and I got a 86% which is okay:/  I thought we did better but, we made to many stupid mistakes.  We continued our video and looked at cars in china.  The cars in china are increasing rapidly and it would be a good idea so get rid of them.  I would just make more lanes in the roads.

During class today we watched the video and a big part of it was on the Chinese bought Mal-Mart because the workers in china get paid less than people in the U.S.  In the U.S, we have a minimum wage and in China they don't so they could work for one dollar a day when people in the U.S get pain around eight dollar minimum.  People in china don't care how much they get paid, they only care about getting paid something.  You were saying that your money is kinda voting where you get your food from.  So if you like having less jobs in the U.S , shop at Mal-Mart.

    The Garry Sandusky was very good and funny at the same time.  Honestly this was one of the only presentation I enjoyed a lot!  It was very good how he takes having having the worst name in all of the world!  He was so funny and cool about the whole thing that happened.

In school we watched a video about the people republic of china.  In China in a city called Chouqping construction workers make only two dollars per day (if your a women) and four dollars per day (if your a man).  This city is the "Biggest city you haven't heard of".  They stole car engine making for the U.S and they have Walmart    

Test

We had a test today  in class.  It was on matching world leaders to their county's and the maps and what the leaders look like.  The first two sections of the test were review and we went over it in class.  The other stuff we had to study.  I think i did well on this test lets wait and find out!

In class Maddie had a shadow.  He name was Logan and i think you did your in creeping her out haha!  Anyways you went over out project before break.  My partner is Evan and is doing Venezuela and I am doing Afghanistan.  We are going an A you watch!

On his search for gold and other riches, Cortés decided to invade and conquer the Aztec empire killing thousands of people. They were subjects to Spain.

Saudi Arabia

Venezuela- It is found in South America. Scientist believe that the earliest sign of Humans in Venezuela was 15,000 years ago. Than in 1522 Spain started to colonize the area. It became part of the Viceroyalty of New Granada.After a series of unsuccessful uprisings, Venezuela was under the leadership of Francisco de Miranda, a Venezuelan soldier who had fought in the American Revolution and the French Revolution declared independence on 5 July 1811. This began the Venezuelan War of Independence. Though right after they got their independence their 1st and 2nd attempts for a government failed. It wasn't until a new General came to the fight, that they finally one their Independence. They were than part of Gran Colombia until that fell, and they formed their own country just after.

We had another quiz in class that I didn't know of.   It was my fault that i didn't check your website.  I thought I did okay and I checked on power school and i got a 81% which isn't great but better that most of my test lately.  I know that I have to take time to check you r website everyday to make sure I am prepared  for the next class.
